Freerunning/Parkour

Freerunning or Parkour is the latest extreme sport. It's getting more and more popular especially in those European countries since they have better places to 'perform'.They have not-so-high-buildings unlike us.Imagine jumping from one building to another in Malaysia.(o.0)That'll be like commiting suicide.Freerunning/Parkour means the art of movement. So it includes climbing walls, jumping through or above poles, climb poles and most of all,get bruises!!

It is an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as smoothly, efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. It is meant to help one overcome obstacles, which can be anything in the surrounding environment—from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls—and can be practiced in both rural and urban areas. Parkour practitioners are referred to as traceurs, or traceuses for females

Now our spastic normal friend,Rishen,is getting all over freerunning. He practice it in class nowadays. But from my lame, crappy, opinion,I still think breakdancing is far more enjoyable/fun than this. But that doesn't mean it sucks.Below is an example of freerunning.Kinda.XD

PWNED.
P.S:I'm wishing good luck(s) to anyone who is sitting for their exam this week or the following or near future.;)
Dedicated to my spastic normal friend,Rishenkumar A/P Sivakumaran.
